FEES AND CHARGES

In cases where your dog's coat is severely matted, Groom Em Up reserves the right to charge a matting fee. The fee amount will be determined based on the size and condition of the dog's coat. This fee covers the additional time, effort and wear on the tools required to groom a matted coat and ensure the well-being of your dog.

If your pet is found to have fleas during the grooming process, Groom Em Up will charge an additional fee of £10. This fee covers the cost of bathing your dog in flea shampoo and disinfecting the salon to prevent the spread of fleas. It is essential to address flea infestations promptly for the well-being of your pet and other clients' pets.

In the event that a tick is found on your pet during grooming, Groom Em Up will charge an additional fee of £5. We recommend that you seek advice from your veterinarian as ticks can carry diseases that may require further treatment. Your dog's health and well-being are of utmost importance to us.

To secure your grooming appointment, Groom Em Up requires a non-refundable deposit of £15. In the event of late cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded and another deposit will be required for future bookings. This deposit can be rolled over to the next appointment or used against the groom. Should the deposit be deducted from the groom then a new deposit will be required to confirm next booking.

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice of any changes or cancellations.

If you would like to cancel or amend your appointment whilst we are out of working hours please contact us via WhatsApp/text message on 07424 373771. Please note that we will require evidence that you have cancelled your appointment via the option above, so we can avoid any cancellation/no show fees

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice of the scheduled time or fail to show up for your appointment, Groom Em Up reserves the right to withhold your booking deposit. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, subsequent bookings will require a non-refundable booking deposit of £50 or the cost of your full groom, whichever is the greatest.
